Beautiful

Al picked out this tree. It is perfect. Cooper really loves to stare at it. Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer is on tonight at 7 on CBS.

Thank goodness for OxiClean. My Mom used it to get Cooper the Pooper stains out of ... everything. Thank you Mom and thank you OXIClean!!

Late

I am now 5 days overdue. My body feels fine but I am starting to lose it. I hopefully will be induced Wednesday night (as long as the hospital is not crowded with women whose bodies are actually doing what they are supposed to). So Cooper will probably be born on the last day of November.

On a lighter note, his room is coming along ever so nicely. Al finished the crown moulding last week and it looks awesome! Here are some pictures of him working on it. I like the ultimate wedgie one best. I will post more pictures of the room once it is totally done.

10 DAYS TO GO

Clearly, this blog is little more than a place to post pictures of my evergrowing belly. Oh well. No contractions yet, no dilation to speak of . . . just waiting. And yes, my face is puffy and chubby. It's not just the camera. And my shirt is stretched so tight that it is see through! Wow.

Pumpkin Spice

I am missing Krispy Kreme. All the franchises in AZ closed, and at such a bad time. All year I anticipate the seasonal donut "Pumpkin Spice", and now that the time is here - I have nowhere to get my pumpkin spice donut. What a shame.

catch of the day

At Hawley Lake Al fished and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery. My husband is an angler.

Anticipation

Tomorrow we leave for the cabin! My most favorite place to be. Partly because it is breathtakingly beautiful, and partly because of the happy, fun filled days I have spent there with family over the years. And its where Al proposed. I will post some pictures of it. The one on the right is us when we climbed to the top of Timp! It was quite a climb, and a totally wierd feeling being at the highest point around.

Half baked

21 weeks today...just over halfway. 2 weeks ago we had the ultrasound! It was the coolest thing I have ever seen. We saw hands, feet, smiles, a hand flashing a peace sign…and a little unit. It IS indeed a boy! HE is a boy, I love not having to say “it” anymore. We were both hoping for a boy first so we couldn't be happier. And he is moving around more and more everyday. We really like the name cooper right now, but I don’t want to get set on one name…there is still a long way to go.
